Structural Scope
Structural Changes Require Project-Specific Planning
Structural construction may involve foundations, load-bearing
walls, beams, columns, roof systems, reinforced openings or other
components that support the building. These changes should be
based on the approved design and coordinated with the appropriate
consultants and trades.
Existing conditions can also affect the planned scope. Concealed
construction, undocumented previous work, soil conditions, utility
locations and material availability may require the team to review
the sequence or update the project plan before proceeding.
We coordinate applicable City of Regina permit applications and
required inspections based on project scope. Final requirements
remain subject to the applicable authorities and the approved
project documents.
