Unlike other roofing companies who advertise 24-hour service and that they will respond to emergencies, KB was excellent. They arrived shortly after I called, assessed the problem in short order, and provided a step-by-step plan on how they would fix it. Issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

The workers were very courteous, and did professional quality work. They worked well as a team and were very efficient. Footwear was always removed when throws were not used. I would recommend using this company for any renovation or construction needs.

Excellent work! The painting was completed on time with great attention to detail. Very professional, reliable, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The walls look amazing, and everything was left clean after the job. Highly recommend

I recently used their water damage restoration services after melting snow caused damage to one of our walls. They responded quickly and took care of took care all the drying and repairs. The team was professional, easy to work with, and left the space looking like new. I’d definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with Kenton (supervisor) and Vikram (construction worker). That was probably the best contractor interaction I've ever had. Kenton made sure my expectations were met and Vikram is very nice, polite, and a hard worker who got the job done with some additional help from Kenton for the really hard part of the job. They returned the work site to how it looked before they started and cleaned up the area as well as my neighbour's yard where they worked. I am so happy to have a straight fence again! I wish I would have had KB Better Construction the first time. It was very obvious to me to compare (after the fact) the previous contractor with your company. If my budget allows next year, I have another smaller project that I will call about. Thank you for the great experience and a job well done.
