This role covers Regina and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate can work confidently in a high-accountability environment where company leads receive priority, project information is updated in real time, and team communication remains active throughout every stage of the work.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Prioritize Company Leads
Company-provided leads must always receive priority. Neglecting company leads to focus on self-brought revenue will result in immediate suspension of bonuses for that period.
Support On-Call Rotations
Be available for on-call rotations and prepared to respond to urgent, fast-paced water mitigation and restoration needs.
Collaborate With the Team
Maintain active communication, provide voice updates, share current project information, and work closely with field and office team members.
Maintain Real-Time Documentation
Upload project details, images, notes, estimates, and updates to the company server promptly and keep all documentation current.
Communicate Promptly
Respond professionally and without unnecessary delay to clients, adjusters, Contractor Connection, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Protect Performance Standards
Maintain an exceptional POM score and support strong client satisfaction results on COS sign-offs to protect the company’s reputation.

We are seeking a versatile, skilled renovation technician who can contribute across multiple trades and complete work with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a hands-on role for a dependable, detail-oriented “jack-of-all-trades” professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable independently managing varied renovation tasks while also working effectively as part of a project team.
Versatile, Hands-On Renovation Work
You will handle multiple aspects of renovation projects and demonstrate strong technical ability across several trades. The position requires someone who can assess the task in front of them, work efficiently, solve practical problems, and maintain a consistently high standard of finish.
You may work independently on assigned tasks or alongside other team members, depending on the project scope, schedule, and site requirements.
Dependable, Skilled, and Detail-Oriented

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Trade Execution
Perform framing, drywall work, painting, fixture installation, and flooring installation, including tile, laminate, and hardwood.
Project Versatility
Complete demolition, surface preparation, trim and baseboard installation, repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical assistance within the permitted scope of work.
Quality and Safety
Complete work safely, on schedule, and to KB Better Construction’s quality standards while following company safety policies and applicable local building codes.
Site Management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace so work can proceed efficiently and clients’ properties are treated with care.
Plans and Instructions
Follow project plans, drawings, measurements, specifications, and supervisor instructions accurately.
Team Communication
Communicate progress, site conditions, material needs, and potential concerns clearly to the project manager and other team members.
Experience and Technical Ability
- Proven experience in general renovations and construction
- Strong practical skills across multiple renovation trades
- Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Safety, Transportation, and Work Authorization
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
